Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all services, bookings, reservations, tours, transactions and communications made with FIYAKER TOURS LTD (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By making a booking, payment, inquiry or using our website or services, the customer (“traveller”, “passenger”, “customer”, “you”) agrees fully to these Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided
FIYAKER TOURS LTD operates as a travel agency and tour organiser providing travel-related services including but not limited to:
- Group travel arrangements
- Flights booked through third-party suppliers
- Hotel reservations
- Airport transfers
- Ground transportation
- Coach and bus arrangements
- Tour planning
- Pilgrimage and heritage tours
- Meal arrangements
- Group coordination
- Multi-country travel itineraries
- Travel consultation services
Some services are arranged directly by independent third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, travel agencies, tour providers and ground operators. The Company acts as an organiser and intermediary for many travel-related services.
Bookings & Reservations
Bookings may be made through our website, by telephone, by email, through messaging services or in person at our office.
All bookings are subject to availability, supplier approval, operational feasibility, payment clearance and verification procedures.
A booking is only considered confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline bookings, cancel bookings, request additional information, refuse service or change operational arrangements where necessary.
Payment Policy
Payments may be accepted in GBP, EUR and USD.
Accepted payment methods may include:

- Debit cards
- Online payment gateways
- Bank transfer
- Payment links
- Office payments
- Cash payments where legally permitted
A standard deposit of 30% is generally required to secure and confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided on the booking confirmation or invoice.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in booking cancellation, loss of reservation, supplier penalties or cancellation fees.
The Company reserves the right to apply administrative fees, processing fees, currency conversion fees, supplier surcharges and card processing charges.
Pricing & Currency Fluctuations
Travel pricing may be affected by airline fare increases, fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes, airport taxes, supplier changes and currency volatility.
Quoted prices are subject to change until full payment has been received and confirmed.
Flights & Airlines
Flights may be booked through airlines, third-party travel agencies, online booking systems or external suppliers. FIYAKER TOURS LTD does not operate its own airline or Global Distribution System (GDS).
Airlines maintain sole responsibility for flight schedules, delays, cancellations, seat assignments, baggage policies, boarding procedures and operational changes.
The Company shall not be liable for airline delays, missed connections, airline insolvency, schedule changes, baggage issues, airport closures, immigration refusals, security delays or boarding denials.
Airline fare conditions and policies apply separately and may include strict non-refundable conditions.
Hotels & Accommodation
Hotels and accommodation providers are independent suppliers. Room quality, facilities, bedding arrangements, local standards and amenities may vary depending on destination, supplier, availability and local conditions.
The Company is not liable for supplier operational deficiencies outside reasonable control.
Transportation & Ground Services
Ground transportation may include coaches, buses, vans, private transfers, public transportation and shuttle services.
Schedules may change due to traffic, border controls, weather, operational requirements, government restrictions or supplier delays. Travel times are estimates only.
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
Travellers are solely responsible for valid passports, entry permits, transit permits, visas, vaccinations, customs requirements and border documentation.
No refund shall be issued where travel is prevented due to expired passports, missing visas, incorrect documentation, immigration refusal or failure to meet entry requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
Travellers agree to follow laws and regulations, respect schedules, follow safety instructions, behave respectfully and avoid disruptive conduct.
The Company reserves the right to remove any traveller whose behaviour endangers others, causes disruption, violates laws, damages property or creates operational issues. No refunds shall apply in such cases.
Itinerary Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries, substitute hotels, change transportation, adjust routes, alter schedules and change suppliers.
Changes may occur due to airline modifications, operational needs, safety concerns, weather, border situations, political conditions or supplier availability.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including war, terrorism, political unrest, civil disturbances, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, border closures, government restrictions, airline operational failures, weather conditions and transportation strikes.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 45 days before departure
Refund minus administrative costs and non-refundable supplier expenses.
30–44 days before departure
Up to 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Less than 30 days before departure
Bookings are non-refundable.
This includes flights, hotels, transportation, group arrangements, special requests and supplier commitments.
Flight Refunds
Flights may become fully non-refundable immediately after ticket issuance depending on airline policy. Airline terms and conditions apply independently from the Company’s policies.
Group Bookings & Custom Services
Private tours, group arrangements and custom itineraries may become non-refundable immediately after confirmation due to supplier commitments.
Vouchers & Future Travel Credit
In selected situations, and solely at the Company’s discretion, customers may receive travel vouchers, future booking credit or partial credit arrangements.
Travel credits may expire, may be non-transferable and may only be used for future bookings.
No-Show Policy
No refunds shall be provided for no-shows, missed departures, late arrivals or missed flights caused by personal circumstances.
Company Cancellations
If the Company directly cancels a service for operational reasons, customers may receive alternative arrangements, travel credit, a partial refund or a full refund where applicable. Refund amounts may depend on supplier recoveries and operational expenses already incurred.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may require 7–30 business days depending on banks, card issuers, payment processors and international banking systems. Processing fees and card fees may be deducted where legally permitted.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
Customers agree to contact FIYAKER TOURS LTD before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in debt collection procedures, legal action, recovery fees and administrative charges.
The Company reserves the right to provide booking confirmations, signed approvals, communication records, supplier invoices, IP records, acceptance logs and payment confirmations to banks and payment processors when responding to disputes.
Liability Limitation
FIYAKER TOURS LTD acts as an intermediary between customers and independent suppliers. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid directly to the Company for the relevant booking.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, emotional distress, missed events, supplier failures, airline disruptions, lost profits or personal inconvenience.
Travel Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to purchase independent travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, flight disruptions and personal liability.
Website Use Policy
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt fraud, provide false information, interfere with system security or copy content without permission.
The Company reserves the right to restrict access, block users, cancel bookings and report suspicious activity.
Privacy Policy
The Company processes customer information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Information collected may include names, contact details, passport information, travel details, payment details and booking history.
Information may be shared with airlines, hotels, transport providers, payment processors and government authorities where legally required.
The Company does not sell customer information to unrelated third parties.
Payment Security
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. The Company does not store full customer card details on internal systems.
Religious Holiday Operations
FIYAKER TOURS LTD is a Jewish-operated business. Our offices are generally closed during Shabbat (from Friday evening until Saturday evening), Jewish religious holidays and certain religious observances.
Response times may therefore be delayed during these periods. Urgent travel assistance may be limited during these times.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts of England and Wales.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, payment or using our services, customers confirm that they have read these Terms & Conditions, understand these Terms, agree fully to these Terms and accept all cancellation and refund conditions.
